Assistant Building and Zoning Administrator
The City of Olmsted Falls is seeking an Assistant Building and Zoning Administrator.
Candidates must possess OBBS Building Inspector and Electrical Safety Inspector
certifications, with additional certification for plumbing inspections preferred. Principal
duties include residential and commercial building code enforcement, inspections, plan
reviews, permit issuance and zoning enforcement. Applicants must be able to perform
field inspections and possess good people skills. A valid driver's license is required.
Salary range-$45-53,000
